Most Anticipated PS4 Games Of 2014

2013 was the year of some of the most remarkable games including GTA V, The Last of Us, BioShock: Infinite and many more, but what we won’t easily forget is, 2013 saw the launch of next-gen gaming consoles like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Now that 2013 is coming to an end, let’s take a look at what Sony and other first party developers have in store for PlayStation 4 owners in 2014. Here is a list of few of the Exclusive PS4 Games we won’t dare to miss in the coming year.
Drive club, a fierce racing game for PlayStation 4 is developed by Evolution Studios by Sony Computer Entertainment. The first official announcement for Drive Club was made in February, it got us all excited for some addictive racing but the launch got delayed due to anonymous reason, though the footage of drive club revealed extreme improvements in graphics. Later in October they announced further delay in the launch of Drive Club.
To our disappointment the launch year was changed from this year to 2014. But this also increased our excitement.The brand new feature of PS4, ‘Share’ will can be used to handle teams along with various players. In addition to that racers can also maintain their teams using PlayStation Plus Network.
Drive Club is making us wait, so we don’t have any option other than patiently wait for a good game of cars.
Everybody's Gone to the Rapture:
Another addition to the collection of apocalyptic games: Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. The official announcement was made in August this year by The Chinese Room and SCE Santa Monica, with a short teaser which closed with a tagline "This story begins with the end of the world."
Although not much is known about Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, we know that it has a story based on six characters in the village of Shropshire in the mid 1980’s.
Powered by Crytek's CryEngine 3, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is a game meant for PlayStation 4.
All we are left to do now, is wait for this Dear Esther’s spiritual successor, to find out how adventurous it will turn out.
Infamous: Second Son:
An exclusive PlayStation 4 release Infamous Second Son is set about seven years after the end of Infamous 2.Infamous: Second Son is the third installment in the Infamous series. This PS4 game was explained in February during the PlayStation meeting by its developers Sucker Punch.
Infamous: Second Son is a 24 year old superhuman named Delsin Rowe who strives to save others of his kind from the Department of Unified Protection, as they are ruthlessly hunted down and caged. Delsin has a chain wrapped around his arm which is his melee weapon. In addition to this he has some special abilities like controlling smoke and neon light, absorb other conducts abilities etc, though the makers say that these abilities are just the ‘tip of the iceberg’.
Launching on 21th March 2014, Infamous: Second Son is already getting the desired attention.
As the name itself suggests, Deep Down is an underground game. This adventurous role-playing game by Capcom is packed with Dragons, some stunning magic and lots of swordplay is made for PS4.
Capcom's proprietary software development engine “Panta Rhei”, which literally means “everything flows”, was exclusively developed for next-gen gaming consoles.
In this free game, Deep down, players will venture through the dungeons, fight monsters and collect treasure and by touching magical artifacts players will be teleported from New York year 2094 to the distant past.
The Order: 1886:
The Order: 1886 is a very highly anticipated games of 2014 exclusively meant for PlayStation4. Its official announcement was made at the 2013 Electronic Entertainment Expo event and is developed by Ready at Dawn and Sony Santa Monica and published by Sony Computer Entertainment.
The Order: 1886 is based on alternate history in a Victorian-Era London where a noble order of knights keeps the world safe from half bred monsters. These knights use advanced technology to combat the ancient monsters.
This medieval piece of art set for a 2014 release, got gamers excited for its launch.
