Step 2:
If you have marked correctly you should reach this point(Relic Past) in the Game.
Step 3:
Walk Straight and you will find a way through the Basement. Enter the Basement.
Step 4:
The Racing Tires will be on the right of the Basement. Collect the Racing Tires.
Step 5:
Install the Racing tires on you car from the garage.
