What would be GTA V PC requirements for Max Settings?

At present Rockstar Games has only announced GTA V for PS3 and Xbox with Spring 2013 release window, nothing officially has been announced yet with regards to PC port, however it is expected to arrive few months later than its consoles counterpart.
Considering that Spring 2013 release window of GTA V is just around the corner, its a perfect time period to take into consideration PC requirements of GTA V to play on MAX settings.
We have seen graphics and visual effects of GTA V, and they just looks amazing and astonishing, but have no idea whatsoever as to what the PC system requirements (Max Setting) would be of this latest masterpiece by Rockstar Games.
However if we have to place a bet, GTA V PC System requirements (Max Settings) will be very much similar to Max Payne 3's PC system (highest configuration). The only difference possible would be next-generation CPUs and GPUs (Reference: GTA forums user PrometheusX).
