Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 getting Free multiplayer DLC, NO DirectX 11 support at launch

City Interactive has just announced that over one million units of Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 has been already shipped to worldwide retailers, and so to celebrate this special ocassion players will be receiving free multiplayer DLC soon.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2This free Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 DLC will feature two new maps (Tower Defence and Temple Crossing) and one new multiplayer mode.

Furthermore, City Interactive will also release a dedicated PC update (it won't be available at launch) so that the game can take advantage of DirectX 11.

Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 is schedule to launch on March 5 and is powered by Crytek's powerful CryEngine 3. Watch the launch trailer of the game below.

Great game. very disapointed with story mode though. 5.5hrs to complete. Not everyone has got the internet you know!
