It took me a few minutes to figure out which was which, too. Finally decided that the shot with the grey car, with the LED running lights on, is Forza 5. If you zoom in you can clearly see that the resolution is higher in that screenshot, small details in the distance are clearer, and the shading and shadowing on the car body is better. I am surprised that it took me a while to figure it out, though. I think one reason they look so similar is that the modelers and artists on Turn 10's team probably have a certain signature style that naturally carries over, even with new hardware capabilities. This is also a launch game which means that it inevitably faced schedule pressures and the difficulty of adapting to changing hardware specs. What they achieved is still amazing, but I would look at Forza 5 as the foundation for Forza on XBOX ONE. I would expect that now that they have a solid infrastructure in place, future versions will focus more on polishing all of the fine details. I for one can't wait, for November 22nd nor for the future beyond.

I can't concentrate on the details when the aspect ratio of the images is so terrible.

If you're viewing in Chrome, right-click on the image and select "Open image in new tab". You can easily tell then, and view at the proper aspect.
