Uncharted 4: A Thief's End Environment Are "Exciting", Devs Still Using Old "Linux And Cygwim CMD Line Tools"

Naughty Dog are currently working on two projects for Playstation 4, "The Last of Us: Remastered and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End". Recently, we received some development updates on both these games from numerous developers working at the studio.
Anthony Vaccaro, 3D Environment Artist at Naughty Dog talked about what recently happened at the studio regarding Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. He stated that fans can expect to see some exciting environment in the game.
"Had an Environment Art review for #Uncharted4 today looking at what everyone has been working on. Exciting stuff! :D"
Lead Programmer Jason Gregory provided an update on The Last of Us: Remastered. He revealed that development work on the game is almost complete and game is close to achieving Gold Status.
Additionally, Jason revealed that they are pretty happy to make use of old school "Linux and Cygwin Command Line Tools" as no can beat the power it provides to developers.
"Yeah, we use a lot of Linux and Cygwin cmd line tools. Old school, but you can’t beat the power!"
In another news, fans we hear a lot more about The Last of Us at upcoming Developer Conference event. Former Naughty Dog Designer (now worink at Media Molecule), Peter Field will address a panel at "Developer Conference" titled as "Giving Back Control: The Last of Us".
Here is what the official blur of the panel reads:
"Peter is talking about how he created key story beats in The Last of Us using in game mechanics and gameplay. Taking what he learned from that project Peter talks about where he would like to see game narrative go next."
