Furthermore, according to Naughty Dog's Drew Thaler, The Last of Us: Remastered on PlayStation 4 at 60FPS in Grounded mode provides an immersive experience with no HUD. He added that its pretty unforgiving but provides real life feeling.
Spent the morning playing through The Last of Us: Remastered on Grounded at 60fps. Such an immersive experience with no HUD.
Very unforgiving, but that makes it feel like real life. Even low level infected are creatures to be feared. A gunshot means you're dead.
When asked further:
@alexr might always be green in grounded? they were tweaking light bar behavior very late and I don't recall all the details.— Drew Thaler (@drewthaler) July 27, 2014
@alexr Anyway, in Grounded the concept of "wounded" might as well not exist. You're either quick and brutal, or you're dead.— Drew Thaler (@drewthaler) July 27, 2014
