Pokemon GO Might Be Getting A New External Device To Avoid Risk And Danger
The Pokemon Company president has hinted at changes that Pokemon GO might be receiving a brand new external device in order to reduce risks when gamers are playing in mobility. Pokemon GO already has such device and it is called Pokemon GO Plus, but it seems there could be something more on the way.
"We intended to make a game for people to play outdoors, instead of at home," Ishihara said. "The potential that players could become too involved in playing the game [that they might walk into danger] was already an issue at an early stage.
To avoid the danger, we also released Pokemon Go Plus, the smartphone-linked wearable device, so that Pokemon Go players [did] not have to always be looking down at their smartphone screens. Together with Nintendo, we are thinking of developing a new device that can be played more safely."
It's nice to see they're making all efforts possible into building Pokemon GO into a safe and more complete gaming experience, even though I don't get how the game could be accused of the being the reason why people doesn't care about where they walk.
