Ninja Theory's Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice is the first big release of August 2017. The game is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 4 and PC on August 8. PlayStation Store updated their listing of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice with the download size information i.e. how much HDD space the game is going to take. According to the details on the PlayStation Store, Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice is going to take 14.21 GB.
Ninja Theory is calling Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice an "independent AAA" release i.e. a game being developed and published independently but it has all the quality and production value of any AAA game.
A total of 20 people from Ninja Theory has worked on Hellblade. The game has achieved GOLD STATUS recently i.e. the development work is all done. The storyline is based on Celtic mythology and Norse mythology. It is focused on Senua's point of view, as she embarks on a very personal journey through a hellish underworld made up of Senua's psychotic manifestations of her reality and mind. According to Ninja Theory, Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice is going to take 6-8 hours to complete, and to run it at 4K/60FPS on PC, players need to have a PC with a gaming beast.
