NGP to launch in Europe on November 11?

According to the reports from MCV, Son'y upcoming handheld "NGP" will launch in Europe on November 11.

Sony officially announced the handheld at the end of January, and till date only the Japanese launch window for the handheld has been confirmed (this Holiday)

MCV reports that Sony has already set the development deadlines for games, end of summer, for deployment in Autumn.

However SCEA head Jack Tretton has denied these reports saying "it's very difficult to have the quantities to be able to launch on a worldwide basis on the same date" and that "our goal is get at least one territory out by the end of holiday 2011".
