Sony: PS VITA launch date will be announced at Tokyo Game Show 2011

Sony has announced that the exact launch date of their upcoming handheld console PS VITA will be revealed at Tokyo Game Show. A blog post from none other than  SCEJ president Hiroshi Kawano confirmed the news, adding that the exact launch date has been finalized.

Sony WorldWide Studios head Shuhei Yoshdia will give keynote at Tokyo Game Show 2011, and fans will be able to try the handheld at the show. Yesterday Sony confirmed that PS VITA will launch this year in Japan, with Europe and US to follow early next year.
