PSN down in Europe, error code "80710092" (Update)

PS3 gamers across Europe are reporting issues accessing PSN serivce. According to the details revealed, gamers attempting to access PSN service receives error code "80710092".

What exactly this "80710092" means is not known. SCEE has said that they are very much aware of the issue, and are currently working to fix it.
