Enterbrain: 3DS sold over 4 million units in Japan
Enterbrain has revealed some fresh sales figure details of Nintendo 3DS. The handheld from Nintendo sold 4 million units in Japan ever since its launch. This is really an awesome feat, and the reason for this is that 3DS sold almost 2 million units during holiday season alone.
The credit for this sudden rise in sale of Nintendo 3DS goes to three games Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7 (both sold 1 million unit) and Monster Hunter 3G.
Sony's PS VITA collapsed during second week of its launch. It seems like PS VITA is having some tough time in JAPAN, and only time will tell whether Sony manages to turn the table around.
