@jacob ummm... i could see your complaint if it was a game that didn't make sense to have multiplayer. This is a shooter game, and its made by rockstar, they have been putting co-op and multiplayer in alot of their stuff. Red Dead Redemption had awesome multiplayer. Quit your crying.

oh look, another game that's throwing in multiplayer in to compete with CoD, BF3, FIFA, Uncharted, and Halo. instead of focusing all its resources and making a solid memorable single player campaign that may that may include multiple play-throughs as for different play styles rather than the "defeat on hard then super hard" play-throughs. Ultimately people are going to buy this for the single player and mess around with the online but most people won't covert from their other games. it happened to Brink, Rage, Duke Nuken and biggest of all is Homefront. just because you add multiplayer doesn't mean people will hold onto your product longer it means than instead of one solid package that people would enjoy and feel fulfilled by the experience. you put out two "meh"products that don't really compliment eachother and isn't worth investing time in and therefore to be sold second hand faster. lets just wait and see if they pull it off.
