First:The game has been in development for 4 1/2 yrs and second they def would'nt release a game a yr later after first trailer and there hiring testers for a game that wouldnt come out for a yr. Think harder and investigate. Plus ever hear of PLACE Holders. Thanks your favorite jack-boot

Not necessarily. The contract is for 12 months, but that doesn't mean the game won't come out for 12 months. This is either a placeholder contract length, or they will have these people as bug testers for months after the game's release, to allow them to patch for months to come. They wouldn't keep a game in testing phase for a whole year; it costs too much money. They could even be saying the 12 month to make the pay seem higher than it will be. Rockstar has 7 month wait time between announcement and release. They announced in October, so it'll be out by the end of Summer '12, UNLESS Max Payne 3 is a great seller, in which case they'll pull GTA V back until Fall. Take-Two wants an increase in stock shares to $2, and that CANNOT happen in ANY way without a GTA release before the end of the fiscal year.
