MW3 DLC for Elite subscriber locked to one profile only

According to reports from Xbox 360 gamers on official COD forums, it seems like recently release Modern Warfare 3 DLC downloaded by COD Elite premium subscriber can be played by the profile that download it.

Previously games and DLC downloaded on Xbox 360 console can be played by any profile on that particular console, but things are working completely different with MW3 recently released DLC.

The download's Terms and Condition on Xbox 360 clearly states, "You can use this item on the first Xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console"
