US Playstation Network Head leaves Sony

Patrick Seybold, spokesman for SCEA confirmed that Susan Panico, head PSN in North America has left Sony.

In a statement to VentureBeat, Patrick Seybold said, "We can confirm Susan has left SCEA. We thank her for her considerable contribution to our business and wish her every success in the future,"

It was Susan Panico who guided PSN to its current membership of over 77 million global users. Seybold was also among one of those regular who interacted with fans on official PS Blog.

Sony has not yet announced any replacement.
