EA to reveal new Battlefield 3 DLC next week in New York

Battlefield 3 publisher Electronic Arts has hinted that new DLC for the game will be announced at an upcoming event in New York. During an overnight call with investors EA VP of Investor Relations Peter C. Ausnit was asked about DLC for FIFA 12 and Battlefield 3.

To this, he simply replied, "You're going to hear some announcements from us on Battlefield actually as early as next week in an event we've got in New York."

Apart from this, no other details was revealed by Austin. It has been rumored that development team behind Battlefield 3 is working on an All American DLC pack that includes maps set in New York, Miami, New Jersey and San Francisco.

We will come to know whether the rumor is TRUE or not at NYC press event next week.
