Playstation VITA firmware 1.61 goes LIVE

Sony has just released a new PS VITA firmware update 1.61. The system update is now available for download for PS VITA owners in Japan, and all those who have imported the handheld.

According to the details revealed by Sony, this new firmware update is very much similar to its predecessor as it just add Maps on homescreen and Video Support.

Playstation VITA is schedule to launch in North America and Europe on February 22.
