GAME Australia: No refund for gamers who pre-order Diablo III

This is really an unprofessional behaviour from GAME Australia. Yesterday GAME Australia entered administration and was confirmed that select stores in the country will not stock Blizzard upcoming game Diablo III.

And now it has been confirmed that fans who pre-order Diablo III via GAME Australia will not get their money refund. Kotaku AU report claimed that GAME Australia sent a message to consumers who pre-order Diablo III.

The text in the message reads, "Due to the appointment of an administrator to our business this morning, it is with regret that I inform you all that our stores will not be receiving any stock of Diablo 3,"

"Because of this, we regrettably will be unable to fulfill any pre-orders. Also, we will be unable to refund any deposits paid towards a pre-order of diablo 3. If you need any more info, please emain 'customerrelations@game.com.au' ."

In Simple Terms, the text in the message means, If you pre-order Diablo III from GAME Australia, neither you will get Diablo III nor the money you paid as deposit for pre-order.
