TimeSplitters 2 HD was cancelled

According to details revealed by a ex-staff members at Free Radical, a HD version of TimeSplitters 2 was in developement. But due to some unknown reason the project was shut down.

TimeSplitters 2 HDSteve Ellis said, "We had an 'HD' downloadable version of TimeSplitters 2 in development at Free Radical in 2008."

"I don't know what happened to that but yes, I'd love to see it released at some point."

Ellis is still hopeful that this canned HD version of TimeSplitters 2 will see the day of light at somepoint in near future and will also help the campaign to get a TimeSplitters 4 developed.

"I don't know what happened to that but yes, I'd love to see it released at some point." Ellis added.

"Maybe it could be the catalyst that is required in order to raise enough interest in TimeSplitters 4 that a publisher might want to fund it."

Buy the Elite if you want to get an Xbox 360. The arcade isnt for oinlne play. No you wont be able to play oinlne without xbox live. The silver membership only lets u talk to your friends but not play with them. The gold membership lets u play with them. Whenever you buy and Elite though, you get a FREE one month subscription to a gold membership. After that u either have to renew it or just dont play oinlne anymore. But in stores a 1 month card is $ 10, 3 month $ 20, and a year on amazon.com is $ 35. Hope this helps.
