  • Arma 3 PC system requirements revealed

    Bohemia has released the details related to Arma 3 PC system requirement. Going through the details it seems like many of us need to upgrades if we want to run the military sim when it's launched in Summer 2012.

  • COD: Black Ops Escalation DLC PC launch date announced

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Escalation DLC will launched on PC next month. It will be released on June 2. The DLC features four new multiplayer maps Hotel, Convoy, Zoo and Stockpile and one zombie mode called Call of the Dead.

    According to the listing on game's official website, a launch date and information on PS3 version will be revealed soon. The DLC is already out on Xbox 360, to know more detail on it check out our review HERE.

  • Treyarch: Black Ops double XP weekend for PS3 begins tomorrow

    Treyarch has just confirmed that the double XP event for Playstation 3 gamers of Call of Duty: Black Ops will begin tomorrow. The developer confirmed the news on the game's official facebook page.

    Treyarch also announced that all platform will get double XP weekend again when Escalation DLC will launch for PS3. Check out below what Treyarch wrote on game's Facebook Page:

    PS3 gets double XP starting tomorrow, Friday, May 20th @10am PST and ending on Tuesday, May 24th @10am PST.

    All platforms will get double XP again when the PS3 gets Escalation and the latest updates. No date has been announced for that yet. We are working on it and will update you ASAP.

  • Minecraft beta 1.6 coming out next week

    Notch has announced on its official blog that the next beta update 1.6 for Minecraft will be coming out at somepoint next week. This new update will feature some new maps and also lots of bug fixes.

    Notch wrote on its official blog: “Oh, and 1.6 is coming next week.”

    The developer also commented about Nether in multiplayer, which is one of the bigger fixes, he explained that “I can move back and forth from the normal world to the nether in SMP as many times as I want now. :D ”

  • The Witcher 2 first patch coming out next week

    CD Projekt RED has confirmed has announced that the first patch update for The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings will be released next week.

    According to the details revealed, this patch will improve gamer's ability to change the keyboard map and to invent the mouse. The patch will also include other assorted fixes.

    Exact release date will be revealed in coming days. So Stay tuned for more update on this.

  • Buy PC and get Xbox 360 free

    Microsoft is offering a deal which no student want to miss out. The company is offering a free 4GB Xbox 360 console to all those who purchase a PC for $699 or more. Interested student can select from a group of PCs.

    Microsoft recommends HP Pavillion DM4 and Samsung Series 9 PCs. The offer is available online only via "Dell.com, HP.com, or the Microsoft Store."

    This offer from Microsoft is for Student only, so if you want to purchase, you will have to make use your ".edu email address". If you don't have ".edu email address", you need to go to your nearest Best Buy or Microsoft Store with your Student ID to fetch the deal.

  • Report: Playstation Store will be restore on May 24

    According to the leaked memo sent to developer and publisher by Sony, the Playstation Store will be back online on May 24 (next Tuesday).

    The reports suggest that Sony will be releasing two PS Store updates per week instead of usual one in order to make up for a lost time due to recent PSN outage.

    “We thank you for your patience as we work to resume service of the PlayStation Store,” wrote content manager Jack Osorno in the memo.

    “If there are concerns, we are willing to consider adjusting the release date of your content on this schedule. Adjustments will be made on a case by case basis.”

    The PS Store update are expected to go live on May 24 27, 31 and June 3.

  • Killzone 3 double XP weekend starts tomorrow

    Sony has announced a double XP weekend for all Killzone 3 gamers in order to celebrate the return of Playstation Network. The news was confirmed of game's official website.

    Sony wrote on official Killzone 3 website:

    “To celebrate the return of the PlayStation Network and welcome you back to Killzone 3’s online battlefield,” begins a blog post on Killzone.com, “we’ve got a Double XP Weekend lined up!”

    The double XP weekend for Killzone 3 will begin this Friday (tomorrow, May 20th) at 17:00pm “UK time” and Monday (May 23rd) at 10:00am “UK time,”.

    A Note from Sony for Killzone 3 gamers:

    the Score Screen will display the message “Fast Starter Bonus” instead of “Bonus Points” – this is a string error that will be fixed in future Bonus XP events

  • Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 announced, NGP and 3DS version also confirmed

    Warner Bros has announced Legao Harry Potter: Years 5-7, and it will launch in Q4 2011 for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PSP, PC, DS and 3DS. The publisher also confirmed that the NGP version of the game is also in development.

    Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 is based on the final three books in the series i.e Order of the Phoenix, Half-Blood Prince and the Deathly Hallows.

    “LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 offers Harry Potter and LEGO fans an immersive experience that is fun and accessible for players of all ages,” said SVP of production and development at WBIE, Samantha Ryan. “With this game, TT Games captures everything fans love about the Harry Potter universe – and adds a distinct LEGO twist.”

  • L.A Noire first DLC launch date announced

    The launch date for the first DLC pack for Rockstar's latest release L.A Noire has been revealed. The DLC titled as "Nicholson Electroplating Arson Case" was first outed by Best Buy. It will launch on June 21.

    Last week it was suggested by Team Bondi that some content cut out from the final version of L.A Noire may be launched as DLC.

    "We've got two full desks - burglary and bunko - that never made it into the game, so we've been thinking [about] those and whether we'll do them," Team Bondi said.
