    Xbox Live service will be expanding to Nine new countries, the most popular Online service will now be expanding to others countrys, the release details is not yet out but it is expected to come into service by the end of this year.

    The Nine new countries that will have a Xbox Online Service Xbox Live are:

    • Poland
    • Brazil
    • Chile
    • South Africa
    • Czech Republic
    • Colombia
    • Greece

  • EA Starts 'Gun Club' For Loyal Fans

    If you are the fans of EA shooting game titles and you have been a loyal EA customer than this one is for you. A new program for all the shooting game fans of EA Sports called a Gun Club is announce which will have the same objective that EA Sports Online Pass had. Members of this Gun Club will have and exclusive access to all the beta test, in-game content as well as news.

    Katrina Strafford, Senior Director of Online Marketing said, "Today, we're unveiling Gun Club, a rewards program specifically designed for gamers", he further added, "Gun Club rewards gamers for playing their favorite EA games, games like 'Battlefield,' 'Dead Space,' 'Medal of Honor' and others. Gun Club members receive early access to news, events and more of what they really love".

  • OnLive Kicking off in Style

    Onlive an cloud gaming streaming services is yet to get under way this Thursday and already big name publisher are saying that their much awaited titles will be available on the streaming game service.

    The publisher that join the wave are Sega, Square Enix, Konami, EA, Ubisoft, THQ, Warner Bros Interactive and many more. A recent joint press conference with OnLive, some upcoming games titles were name for this service which includes:

    • Aliens Vs Predator (Sega)
    • Alpha Protocol (Sega)
    • MLB 2K10 (2K Sports)
    • Darksider (THQ)

  • Modern Warfare 2 Touches 20 million mark

    Mordern Warfare 2 a highly popular game title of Activision has achieve a new achievement for itself, it has cross a dream mark of 20 million units sold since its release in November last year on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, DS.

    The detail was released by CFO Thomas Tippl at Activision E3 conference, he said "Modern Warfare 2 has sold more than 20m units against an install base of 55m on Xbox 360 and PS3." further adding, “The Call of Duty franchise has reached life-to-date revenues of $3bn.”

    The next Call of Duty game Black Ops is slated to be release on 9th November 2010.

  • Xbox price drop by $50

    Microsoft has confirmed today and said that the old version of Xbox 360 will see a $50 drop in price in US. This drop is because of brand new Xbox 360 version of Xbox 360 is on its way to North America and it will be Launch in UK on 16th July 2010. In addition to this it is now officially confirmed that the production of older models has also been stopped.

    The newly Xbox 360 which includes a in-built 802.11n wi-fi and a 250GB HDD will be retailed at price tag of $299, it is the same price the 120GB Xbox 360 Elite cost to consumers till yesterday.

    The new price of Elite Xbox 360 will be now $249, whereas Arcade will cost $149.

  • Square Enix Announced Mindjack

    Square Enix announced today a new game title Mindjack, an action pack shooting game. Mindjack of Square Enix is developed by a Japanese Studio and it is for Playstation 3. The game will be featuring both single-player and also the multiplayer mode for the gamers.

    Brief About Mindjack:

    The basic concept of the game Mindjack is hijacknig into the people's mind as the name itself suggest, by hacknig into the enemies mind gamers can made them do anything according to its wish, but the table can be turned around on you by your enemies if you are not quick and fast.

  • Microsoft Announces Summer of Arcade this year

    Microsoft has revealed it will launch five titles as part of their promotion for this summer on Xbox Live Arcade, including highly anticipated titles.

    The five games announced:

    • Lara Croft and the Keeper of the Light
    • HydroThunder Hurricane
    • Monday Night Combat
    • Castlevania: Harmony of Despair Which seems geared to multiplayer
    • The curious black and white game Limbo.

    Over the past three summers, Microsoft has released arcade titles selected for five consecutive weeks. All titles will be available starting this July.

  • Microsoft announced a new Castlevania

    Before the self- Konami may have had time to confirm, Microsoft has announced a new Castlevania, the game will be called  Harmony of Despair, and will release this summer for Xbox 360.

    The title Harmony of Despair will have some graphs that will recover the 2D style that the series was in its deliveries to  GBA and Nintendo DS. In addition to all of these, Harmony of Despair will mainly be multiplayer games where at a time up to  six users can play.
