Apex Legends System Override

Where to find every Evo Shield in the Apex Legends System Override Event

Evo Shields can be powerful in the right hands. So where should you look for them in the Apex Legends System Override Event?

Evo Shields are one of the new gameplay mechanics introduced with the System Override Event in Apex Legends. Essentially, they increase in health the more damage you deal to enemies. You start off with one shield bar, then once you deal 100 damage, it increases to two shield bars, and so on. Evo Shields can max out at five shield bars, which is one more than the purple or gold shields. So, in the right hands, they are extremely powerful. However, finding them can be a bit of a hassle.

If you’re someone who likes to get into gunfights and deals a ton of damage, an Evo Shield is perfect for you. Although, trying to find one in a location that also has good loot around it can be challenging. Luckily, one Reddit user by the handle of Dndo has mapped out locations that will always have an Evo Shield.

Within the Deja Loot mode, loot locations never change. So, if you find an Evo Shield in a spot one match, it will be there again the next match. Basically, if you know where to go, you can equip an Evo Shield in every Apex Legends match.

However, that’s only half the battle, as you need proper loot to make full use of the Evo Shield. In the image above, you can see that only one or two Evo Shields spawn in most locations. With that in mind, we suggest landing at the one in the northern part of Skyhook.

Located in the northernmost building, you can find an Evo Shield along with some great loot in the other buildings. However, be warned, as some enemies might know about the Evo Shield spawn as well.

If you do land at Skyhook, it might be beneficial to land at the broken down train, grab some of the high-tier loot that’s there, then head over to grab the Evo Shield. The train is a hot spot within Deja Loot though, so don’t be surprised if an onslaught of enemies join you.
