7 Pokemon with Highest HP in Pokémon Go

The Pokémon with the highest health points can sometimes last the longest

Pokémon Go players need to consider every stat available on a Pokémon, such as the stamina one, which consists of how often they can attack and how much health they have. A Pokémon’s max CP stat determines how good all of their stats are, and it’s a significant number to consider when creating a lineup. But, the stamina bar determines how much health they have available.

7 Pokemon with Highest HP

The Pokémon in this list consist of the ones with the highest health points, though, it doesn’t mean they have the best attack or defense stats available to them.

Blissey

Stamina: 496 (404 health)

Blissey has the highest health of all the Pokémon in the game. It’s a Normal-type with a max CP of 2,757, an attack of 129, and a defense of 169. It’s only weak to Fighting-type Pokémon, which gives it a distinct advantage to fighting most other foes. It doesn’t have the most potent attack stat, meaning it can take a beating, but it won’t deal too much damage back. You want to try to get one a moveset of pound and hyper beam, but alternatively, you can use the combination of pound and psychic works.

Chansey

Stamina: 487 (397 health)

Chansey is another Normal-type Pokémon with an incredible amount of health. However, it has a max CP of 1,255, an attack of 60, and a defense of 128. It has a significantly weaker attack than Blissey, despite having a large amount of health. The overall boost in CP comes from its stamina stat, making it a less than ideal choice in most rosters.

Wobbuffet

Stamina: 382 (314 health)

Wobuffet is a Psychic-type Pokémon with a max CP of 1,026, an attack of 60, and a defense of 106. Much like Chansey, Wobbuffet is not the best choice to bring into a fight, even if you’re facing a Pokémon who is weak to Psychic-type moves. Wobbuffet’s incredible health won’t do too much except waste the time of you and your opponent, so if you need to buy a little time, it could be useful.

Wailord

Stamina: 347 (286 health)

Wailord is a Water-type Pokémon with a max CP of 2,280, an attack of 175, and a defense of 86. If you’re facing off against a Fire-type, or any other type weak to a Water-type Pokémon, Wailord would be a great option. It has a decent enough attack range if you have one with water gun or surf, and alternatively, you can use one that knows zen headbutt and surf. You certainly don’t want to have it face a Grass or an Electric-type Pokémon, but it has a large amount of health to last longer than your average Water-type.

Snorlax

Stamina: 330 (273 health)

Snorlax is another Normal-type Pokémon with a large amount of health. Unlike the other choices on this list, Snorlax has a max CP of 3,225, an attack of 190, and a defense of 169. It’s a great choice to bring into the fight because of how much power it can deliver and how difficult it is to take down. You don’t want it to battle against a Fighting-type. A Snorlax that knows lick and hyper beam or zen headbutt and hyper beam will genuinely give your opponents a significant amount of trouble during a battle.

Drifblim

Stamina: 312 (258 health)

Drigblim is a Ghost and Flying-type Pokémon that has the most weaknesses of any Pokémon on this list. It’s weak to Dark, Electric, Ghost, Ice, and Rock-type Pokémon. Although it has a max CP of 2,382 with an attack of 180, and defense of 102. While it may not have the best defenses, it’s an ideal choice if you want to deal some severe damage against an opponent. You don’t want to rely on its defenses, though, you primarily want to use it if it has hex and shadow ball or astonish and shadow ball for its attacks. While a more situational Pokémon, it’s an excellent choice to have in your collection.

Hariyama

Stamina: 302 (251 health)

The final choice on this list if Hariyama, a Fighting-type Pokémon. It has a max CP of 2,829, an attack of 209, and a defense of 114. It’s weak to Fairy, Flying, and Psychic-type Pokémon. Much like Drifblim, it has low defense, but it makes up for that with its higher attack. You want to use one if it has counter and dynamic punch or bullet punch and dynamic punch. It’s a great Pokémon to have as one of your final choices to help hold the line against Pokémon with stronger defenses that you can break through with its powerful attacks.
