Tom Clancy's The Division has finally arrived on retail shelves across the globe, but sadly the launch is not a smooth one as every one of us expected. PC players of Tom Clancy's The Division are currently experiencing some nasty issues such as Black Screen at the start, Stuttering, Resolution issue, and many other things. Thankfully, fixes for some of these nasty issues has been discovered. You can check out the details about them below.

Before moving on to the issues and its fixes, check out the minimum and recommended PC specs:

Minimum:

  • Supported OS: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 (64-bit versions only).
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2400 | AMD FX-6100, or better.
  • RAM: 6GB
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 with 2 GB VRAM (current equivalent NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760) | AMD Radeon HD 7770 with 2 GB VRAM, or better – See supported List*.
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Hard Drive Space: 40 GB available space.
  • Optical Drive: DVD-ROM Dual Layer.
  • Peripherals Supported: Windows-compatible keyboard, mouse, headset, optional controller.
  • Multiplayer: Broadband connection with 256 kbps upstream, or faster.

Recommended:

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3770 | AMD FX-8350, or better.
  • RAM: 8GB

  • Optical Drive: DVD-ROM Dual Layer.

  • Supported NVIDIA cards at time of release: GeForce GTX500 series: GeForce GTX560 (2 GB VRAM) or better • GeForce GTX600 series: GeForce GTX660 or better • GeForce GTX700 series: GeForce GTX760 or better • GeForce GTX900 Titan series: GeForce GTX960 or better

Error, Issues and Fixes:

1: Nvidia Driver Issues

Issues with Multiple Monitor Configurations. Either disconnect one monitor during the driver installation (and reconnect once completed) or you can uninstall the driver through Windows Safe-Mode and revert to a previous version.

2: How to Fix Black Screen on PC

As you get to the black screen press ALT + ENTER to put the game in windowed mode then change the resolution when you get into game. If this doesnt work then try let's make some changes with Config file.

Step 1:
Open the File Location(C:\Users\???\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy’s The Division)

Step 2:
Find GFXSettings.Rogue_x64.xml

Step 3:
Right Click and press Edit

Step 4:
Scroll until you find the Resolution

Step 5:
Set Custom Height and Width(your Resolution)

Step 6:
Save and Start the Game.

3: How to Fix White Screen after Launch

The reason behind the White screen issue is that your pc doesn't meet the System requirenments for the Game. Try upgrading your hardware and then start Playing.

4: How to Fix Activating Agent Issue

While in Safe House, if you have trouble contacting and activating the agents then try exiting the Safe House and Enter after few minutes or else you can restart your console to create a new instance and enter the safe house with new players.

5: How to Fix the Window Mode or Minimized Game Launch

If you are having the same issue then you better close all the application such as Anti-virus, also turn off the Super Sampling option in your Graphic control panel.

6: Uplay Friend Invites Not Working:

After several hours of gameplay, some users will no longer receive friend invites via Uplay (note this is friend invites, not game invites). Here is how to fix it: "Restart the Uplay App"

Gameplay Errors and Issues

Also, Ubisoft via Steam has listed out some of the known gamelay issues of Tom Clancy's The Division on PC with a message that they are working on the fix for them (which will be applied via patch.)

Roamers in Dark Zone
NPC Roamer gangs are not currently present inside the Dark Zone.

Dark Zone Chokepoint
DZ02 western checkpoint has a choke point (the dead-end alley with the staircase).

Tech Support talent Pulse Skill
Tech Support talent does not currently extend the duration of Pulse Skill.
Tech Support – extends duration of active skill by 10% after a kill.

Player Stuck
Players may become stuck if they close the menu using the B/Circle button near a cover prop.

Floating Weapons
Some agents’ weapons can be seen floating in the Dark Zone.

Skins and Mods visible in DZ
Weapon mods and weapon skins will not currently show up on other player characters in the Dark Zone.

Shield destroyed on activation
The Shield is destroyed on activation if the user double taps the skill button while sprinting.

Sawed-off Shotgun with Shield
The sawed-off shotgun will not reload correctly while the Shied Skill is active. It will only reload 1 bullet.

Party member health bar not displaying as full
The health bar of a party member will not be displayed as full if he recalibrates an equipped item from Stamina to any other attribute (Firearms or Electronics).

Interface

DPS purchasing Weapon Mod
The game does not report the correct DPS when purchasing a weapon mod while having mods already equipped on that mod slot. The existing weapon mod for that slot is added into the calculation.

1: Stuck in Brooklyn

An interesting issue has appeared in Tom Clancy's The Division and it does not allow players to get past Manhattan as they are stuck in Brooklyn after the cut-scene timeout. According to the report coming out from the player, the servers are live now (it was down a few hours ago) but players are stuck in Brooklyn. Thankfully a simple fix is already available for it. 2: Fix For Delta 20010186 Error:

Here is how you guys can fix this Delta 20010186 Error of Tom Clancy's The Division. There are two ways to fix this error:

First Method:
This is for those who are using VPN software. You need to remove it. Restart your PC and try to log in to The Division again. This will fix the Delta

Second Method:
Open CMD with ADMIN right and the following command (four command in four different line) and then restart your PC:

netsh advfirewall reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset

3: Outfits and Other Rewards not showing up in the game:

You need to redownload it. To do this, go to Manage Game -> All Add Ons -> Police, Paramedic, Fighter, Hazmat and install those. Entering the code allows you to download the items from the market place, it does not auto download.

UPDATE:

Game Stuck On "Installing Manhattan" Screen:

The complete error message that player receives when they encounter this error: "Installing Manhattan : Please wait while we install Manhattan". Basically, this happens once you start updating your game with latest update (downloading and installing the patch). At least 55% of the update needs to be downloaded to physically launch the game, and the rest can be downloaded / installed while "playing". This means you just have to wait for the bar to fill with orange and Manhattan installation to finish.
