How to Transpose Boss Souls

In order to start transmuting your Boss Souls, you must defeat Cursed Rotted Greatwood in Undead Settlement and you will get Transposition Kiln which you must handover to Ludleth of Courland in Firelink Shrine. He is sitting on the second throne starting from the left side.
