Mass Effect: Andromeda Black Screen on Launch:

  1. Black Screen at startup is among the most common issue of the game. For this there are some basic fixes you can try out.
  2. Update your GPU drivers, sometime the graphic card manufacturer releases official drivers update that adds more to the performance. Second if this does not help then try to play the game in window mode. A easier way is through the video settings or just hitting Atl+Tab from the keyboard.

  4. Next there are some set of ports require to forward the connection. For TCP you need to open 443, 17503, 17504, 10000-19999, 42210, 42130 and 42230. For UDP open ports 3659 and 10000-19999.
