Realm Royale is Hi-Rez Studios’ contribution to the battle royale genre, offering unique, class-based gameplay. The game features five character classes: Assassin, Hunter, Engineer, Mage, Warrior. Each class features its own unique abilities, offering a fresh and interesting take on battle royale gameplay. Players can equip weapons, armor and even abilities, and high rank versions can be crafted by using Shards, collected by Disenchanting unwanted items. You can learn more about crafting at the Forge in our detailed crafting guide.

Realm Royale’s Warrior class features the following passive effect: Gain 5 Health per second. This is a great boon to the Warrior’s survivability, which can be especially needed depending on how you play. The Warrior has multiple different movement abilities that can serve as really strong gap closers, helping you pursue kills with the greatest of ease. Additionally, the Warrior can offer strong support capabilities, providing healing and shielding to himself and his squadmates through equipped abilities.

The Warrior’s Legendary weapon, Throwing Axe, allows you to endlessly chuck axes at your target, with no need to reload. It can be a bit tricky to land the projectiles, but when you do manage to land an axe it deals substantial damage (900 per hit). You can learn more about this weapon and more in our Realm Royale weapon guide.

Here’s a list of all of the Warrior class abilities in Realm Royale:

Realm Royale Warrior class abilities

Heroic Leap

Leap an incredible height and distance.

  • Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 (seconds)

The Warrior starts the match with the movement ability Heroic Leap. Heroic Leap allows you to leap (heroically, of course) an incredible height and distance. This is an all-around solid movement ability, offering much-needed gap closing between you and an enemy, especially useful if you’re using a Sword, as well as after obtaining the Throwing Axe. It can also be used to help reach higher terrain.

Charge

Dash forward dealing damage to enemies hit.

  • Cooldown: 11 / 9 / 7 / 5 (seconds)
  • Damage: 400 (same at all ranks)

Charge is a pretty self-explanatory ability that’s become a standard for Warrior classes across multiple games. It’s worth noting that, unlike in many other games, there is no stun effect upon colliding with your target, the ability will just deal damage. Charge essentially grants the Warrior a second movement ability.

Flask of Healing

Throw a flask that heals allies.

  • Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 (seconds)
  • Healing: 10 / 13 / 16 / 19 (HP per tick)

Flask of Healing is, obviously, a great support ability for squad play. Throwing the flask your own feet or at allies will create an area of effect that applies a heal over time buff to yourself and nearby squad members within the radius. Even if you’re playing solo, you may still benefit from the increased sustainability from having this one equipped.

Net Shot

Fire a net that slows a single target.

  • Cooldown: 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 (seconds)
  • Damage: 200 (same at all ranks)
  • Slow: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 (percent)

It’s important to note that Net Shot applies a slow, not a root effect. This is a great one to combo with your Charge ability, allowing you not only to reach your enemy but also prevent them from getting away, making it easier to land those axes (or hit with whichever weapon you’re using at the time, of course).

Shielding Potion

Throw a flask that shields allies.

  • Cooldown: 19 / 16 / 13 / 10 (seconds)
  • Shielding: 350 / 400 / 450 / 500 (HP)

Shielding Potion works similarly to Flask of Healing, applying a shield that absorbs a certain amount of damage before expiring. Higher rarities of this ability will create bigger shields on your allies, making it another great ability for support gameplay.
