The progression system in Assassin’s Creed Origins works very much similar to the Assassin’s Creed Syndicate i.e. you complete certain task and get an XP points. The more you level up in the game the stronger your lead protagonist becomes, in Assassin’s Creed Origins the lead character is named as BAYEK. In addition to this, you also get Ability Points which you can make use to unlock certain skill or ability from the Ability Tree. In this guide we have listed out all the Abilities in Assassin’s Creed Origins and how much Ability Point you need to unlock them. Abilities in Assasin’s Creed Origins is divided into three category: Hunter, Warrior and Seer.

Hunter Abilities

It helps in upgrading the attacks done with the help of Bow and arrow, lets you attack in mid-air while adding a slow-mo effect and also increase your XP.

Master Hunter

  • (Passive) Increases the damage for all your bows by +1%.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Elite Range

  • Aiming with your bow while in the air will trigger slow-mo.
  • Ability Point Required: 3

Enhanced Light Bow

  • Fire more arrows before needing to reload.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Enhanced Predator Bow

  • Control a predator arrow in the air.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Enhanced Hunter Bow

  • A charged shot will additionally break shield defense.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Enhanced Warrior Bow

  • Charges shot will reduce its dispersion zone.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Bow Fury

  • After getting a stealth kill with your bow, you have a 3-second window of slow-mo while still aiming with your bow.
  • Ability Point Required: 3

Hunter’s Instinct

  • While in hover mode with Senu, mark a civilian, enemy, or animal to see the path they are currently taking.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Eagle Harass

  • While in hover mode, look at an enemy and have Senu stun them. Senu also helps you harass enemies during combat.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Bow Bearer

  • Equip a second bow.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Arrow Retriever

  • Loot arrows stuck in your shield back into your inventory.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Headshot XP

  • Killing an enemy with a headshot grants you bonus XP.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Chain Assassination

  • After assassinating an enemy with the hidden blade, you can assassinate another enemy in range.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Eagle Tagging

  • Use Senu in the stationary mode to tag enemies and various points of interest in activity locations.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Assassination Loot

  • Automatically loot an enemy after assassinating them.
  • Ability Point Required: 2

Assassination XP

  • Assassinating an enemy grants you bonus XP.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Stealth Kill Streak

  • Chained stealth kills to increase the XP granted.
  • Ability Point Required: 1

Warrior Abilities

This Skill helps you to become a warrior as the name suggests. It will help in upgrading your Fighting skills and make you more Tanky. With this, you can Double attack an enemy and even gain some XP for your Move. There is one Ability that will help you to Regain your health.

Master Warrior

  • Increase the damage of all your melee attacks by an additional +1%. This ability can be acquired multiple times.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Overpower Chain Throw

  • After killing an enemy with the Overpower attack, throw that enemy’s weapon at another target.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Overpower XP

  • Killing enemies with your Overpower active gives you XP.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Overpower Combo

  • After an Overpower attack, you can chain with a combo of light attacks.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Weapon Bearer

  • Equip a second melee weapon.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Overpower Ultra

  • Double the damage of your Overpower ability.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Parry

  • Deflect an incoming attack while in shield mode to inflict critical damage and create an opening in the enemies guard.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Adrenaline 2

  • You always start a conflict with a full adrenaline gauge.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Kill Loot

  • Automatically loot an enemy after a melee kill.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Extend Combo

  • You can deal one more melee attack to an enemy before they can recover.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Attack & Push

  • After a light attack, perform a push attack combo.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Adrenaline 1

  • You always start a conflict with a half-filled adrenaline gauge.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Shield Charge

  • When in shield mode, run faster and bash enemies in your way. This consumes adrenaline.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Regeneration

  • Your life can regenerate during combat.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Air Attack

  • Perform an attack while in the air.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Hijack

  • Pull enemy drivers off their mount and take control of it.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Charge Heavy Attack

  • Charge a Heavy Attack. A fully-charged Heavy Attack will shield break tower shields and knock enemies to the ground.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Overpower

  • When your adrenaline bar is full you can unleash the power of your weapon. Every weapon class has its own unique ability.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Seer Skills

You can Cause more damage with all the extra tools that you use in the game like the smoke bomb and much more. you can even infect a dead body to let it affect the rest of the enemies and even make a lower level enemy to attack his Allies.

Master Seer

  • Increase the damage of all your tools by an additional +1%. (Flesh Decay, Poison Darts, Fire, and Fire Bombs.) This ability can be acquired multiple times.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Animal Taming

  • After putting an animal to sleep with a sleep dart, tame them to have them follow you. (First, you need to acquire first the Sleep Dart skill in order to use Animal taming.)
  • Ability Point required: 3

Smoke Screen Damage

  • Enemies caught in the smoke screen will take damage and can be knocked to the ground.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Smoke Screen

  • Drop this powder after melee attacking, it stuns nearby enemies and creates a smoke screen. Smoke screens can break line of sight.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Pyromaniac

  • Fire damage is increased by an additional 50%
  • Ability Point required: 1

Fire Bomb

  • Throw these to set your enemies ablaze.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Dawn & Dusk

  • Sit, contemplate, and speed time forward.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Sleep Darts

  • Throw these to put lower ranks enemies or animals to sleep and sneak by without being detected.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Poison Darts

  • Throw these to poisoned darts and contaminate nearby enemies.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Berserk

  • Use this substance on a lower level unaware enemy and turn him against his allies.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Flesh Decay

  • Infect a dead body and allow it to contaminate nearby enemies.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Breath Holding Champion

  • Stay underwater longer.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Buy Materials

  • Purchase crafting materials from shops. Blacksmith and Weaver shops sell different types of materials.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Salesman

  • Animal goods and trinkets can be sold at +25% price.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Backstore

  • Purchase rare quality gear in shops.
  • Ability Point required: 2

Chariot Owner

  • You can purchase war chariots from stable shops.
  • Ability Point required: 3

Tool Kill XP

  • Killing enemies with a tool grants XP. Tools: Flesh Decay, Poison Darts, Fire, and Fire Bombs.
  • Ability Point required: 1

Call Mount

  • Call your mount.
  • Ability Point required: 1
