Super Mario Run Error Guide

Error Fixes: Crash At Facebook Account Link, My Nintendo Won’t Load and more

Super Mario Run – Facebook Account Link Crash.

According to the details posted by Super Mario Run players, the game crashes as soon as they try to link/connect their Facebook Account with the game. Currently, the following fix is available for the issue:

  1. Select “Having Trouble” button that appears on the Super Mario Run title screen. Do this the next time you open the game after the crash.
  2. Select “Redownload Data” option
  3. After redownloading is complete, try linking your Facebook account with the game once again.

If the above steps do not work for you then try a hard-reset of your iOS device, uninstall and then reinstall the game again.

My Nintendo Fails To Load:

The main cause of this issue is the server overload at the Nintendo’s end. To fix it you need to clear the cache and the history of your iOS device’s web browser. Also, try disabling any of the content blockers that you have installed, for example AdBlock.

Support Code 804-1200: Communication Error Has Occurred

If you are experiencing this issue in Super Mario Run then we are sorry to inform you that no fix is available for it at the moment. Also, only Nintendo can address this Support Code 804-1200 issue. If you are among one of those few unlucky players experiencing this issue then try the age-old method: Uninstall and re-install the game, clear cache, do hard reset of your device.

“Find an area with a better signal”:

As confirmed earlier by Nintendo, Super Mario Run is always-online game i.e. it needs online internet connection all the times. If you are experiencing this issue relocate yourself to a place where you get a proper 4G connection. Also, try restarting the app, and rebooting your internet connection.
