PS4 lead platform for Tom Clancy's: The Division, "Most powerful hardware, Snowdrop Engine works better": Dev

Massive Entertainment, developer behind upcoming open world action title, Tom Clancy's The Division has quashed rumors that stated that development team has shifted development focus from Playstation 4 to Xbox One after pressure from Microsoft.

Tom Clancy's: The DivisionIn a recent inteview to GameReactor Eu, Massive Entertainment denied the rumor and said Playstation 4 is the more powerful hardware and is easier to work for.

"That's not correct. PlayStation 4 is the more powerful hardware and we feel it is easier to develop for. Snowdrop works better on PS4 and even if Microsoft do want us to shift lead platform that's not something that has happened." said Massive Entertainment.

In addition to this Massive also revealed that animations in Tom Clancy's: The Division is best ever in action game and Uncharted 3 has served as inspiration for the animations.

Tom Clancy's: The Division was recently delayed to 2015. The game looks pretty good, you can check out below some in-game screenshots below.
