The Game Awards 2014 had some special surprises for Nintendo fans. At the event, Nintendo announced that The Legend of Zelda for Wii U will launch in 2015 but Star Fox will launch before Zelda Wii U and Majora's Mask for 3DS will launch before that.
Majora's Mask for 3DS is scheduled to launch at some point in Spring 2015, which likely means that we will see the launch of The Legend of Zelda around Late Fall 2015.
In addition to this, a brand new stunning looking new gameplay footage of The Legend of Zelda running on Wii U was premiered with Miyamoto. The gameplay footage showcased the Enormous world and many more things. Watch it below now.
The Legend of Zelda for Wii U is the eighteenth main installment in Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series and the first original game developed with high-definition graphics (excluding the HD remake of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker). The game is described to have an open world in which players will be able to find different ways to approach areas.
