id Software Targeting 1080p/60FPS For DOOM On PS4 and Xbox One, According To Executive Producer

Executive Producer Marty Stratton has talked with the press after E3 Bethesda first ever conference, discussing the amazing DOOM showed this evening and being released in Spring 2016 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Then, Stratton delivered some good news from the technical standpoint, admitting id Software is targeting 1080p and 60fps for its upcoming sci-fi first person shooter. He just said that, no further pointing out if there could be any difference between platforms.

"We push the evolve", Stratton added. DOOM is powered by id Tech 6, dubbed "id Tech 666" in remembrance of Hell's game location by Bethesda VP Pete Hines during the press conference.
