Batman: Arkham Knight PC Version Was Outsourced To Iron Galaxy, Ony 12 People Worked On It, Nvidia Lied
PC gamers on Steam are not at all happy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight as it is one of the most poorly optimized game every released. As a damage control, Rocksteady has issued an statement that development team behind Batman: Arkham Knight is looking in to the issues PC gamers are facing with the game.
"We're aware that some users are reporting performance issues with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight. This is something that Rocksteady takes very seriously. We are working closely with our external PC development partner to make sure these issues get resolved as quickly as possible."
What, does the statement carried a text "External PC Development Partner"? Yes, Rocksteady outsourced Batman: Arkham Knight PC version, and the studio which worked on it is called "Iron Galaxy Studios". More surprise is that Batman: Arkham Knight PC version was develop by just 12 People. Unbelievable? well all i can say is that "Believe It or Not But It's True".
Additionally, Nvidia also played it's part in this entire dirty scenario. The promotional video that was showcased by Nvidia was running at 60FPS with Ultra textures. Sadly, the retail copy of Batman: Arkham Knight faces numerous issues such as normal or muddy texture, video/audio stuttering, 30FPS cap.
In simple terms, Batman: Arkham Knight was not ready for launch and instead of delaying it Rocksteady opted to release a bad and poorly optimized port with an intention to patch it later. Sad but true, this was not expected from Rocksteady and Warner Bros.
