WB Cheats PC Gamers, Batman: Arkham Knight Re-Release Requires 12GB RAM, Still Buggy
Batman: Arkham Knight has just re-released on PC via Steam after all the backlash derived from the buggy, original release handled by an external team and not by titular developer Rocksteady. It turns out the new release is still way more expensive than it should in terms of technology and buggy as the original.
"For Windows 10 users, we've found that having at least 12GB of system RAM on a PC allows the game to operate without paging and provides a smoother gameplay experience", Warner Bros. reports on the official Steamcommunity page of the game.
After extensive tests, it is possible to say that the game performs the same than the original version . Especially SLI seems like it still needs another patch in order to work properly.
Moreover, Warner Bros. is tagging the negative reviews posted by users as "pre-release reviews", just to make it clear now the situation is pretty different – or at least, it should be different. By the way, it would have been more honest to say those review came "pre-patch", simply because Batman: Arkham Knight has never been part of a (volunteer) Early Access program.
