Bungie Admits Few Shaders and Emblems From Destiny: The Taken King Are Not Obtainable In-game Due To Bug

Bungie has finally confirmed that it is because of a bug that some items (Shaders and Emblems from Destiny: The Taken King) are not obtainable in-game. The confirmation came from Bungie via their official forum. A fan asked what exactly is the issue going on with the shaders and emblem that launched with Taken King DLC that is supposed to drop to Cryptarch rank up packages.

He further continued that till today, not a single player he has came across which can confirm that he has received shader or emblem related from Destiny: The Taken King DLC or either from Cryptarch packages. No doubt players are receiving Year One shaders, but none of the Year Two shaders that they can inspect in the shaders kiosk.

To this Cozmo replied that: "We looked into this and found the following Items are not currently obtainable in-game. We have passed this along to the dev team to investigate." Cozmo went on to share the list of items that are not obtainable, you can check out the list below:

  • Anahata
  • Antique Land
  • Beowulf
  • Chalcedony

  • Walkabout

Ships:

  • Fatal Vision
