EA On Battlefield 1 vs Infinite Warfare: "It's A Healthy Competition, Should Be Part Of Business"
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is releasing on November 4, whereas its competitor Battlefield 1 will arrive on retail shelves few weeks early, on October 21. Infinite Warfare takes place into Space (futuristic setting) and Battlefield 1 takes place in World War 1 setting (fans demanded it and DICE gave in to the demand). There is definitely a fierce competition between the fans of the two franchise and it seems like Battlefield 1 has a slight edge over Infinite Warfare to lift this year's crown of BEST FPS.
What exactly the big guy at Electronic Arts (EA Boss/Head Patrick Soderlund) thinks about the ongoing Battlefield 1 vs Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare? Speaking to our friend at BBC UK, Soderlund termed the competition as "Healthy" and it should be a part of the business.
"I have a lot of respect for what they've done with the brand and I think they have a lot of respect for what we're doing. I think it's a healthy competition and that should be part of business," Soderlund said.
