Yoshida: Detroit: Become Human And DREAMS Are Not Confirmed For 2017, PlayStation UK Made A Mistake
Just a few days ago Sony released a new PlayStation trailer showing some of the big games coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR in 2017. If you are among one of those who missed out on the trailer then watch it below. The trailer included Quantic Dream's neo-noir thriller Detroit: Become Human, and Media Molecule's sandbox game DREAMS. Don't get your hopes too high guys, PlayStation UK marketing team mistakenly added these two games to the trailer, Detroit Become Human, and DREAMS are not confirmed for 2017.
In a Twitter conversation with a fan, Sony Worldwide Studios Boss Shuhei Yoshida confirmed the mistake. When asked by a fan: "this trailer list Dreams/Detroit as 2017 games. Is this a mistake from marketing or is 2017 confirmed?" Yoshida replied: "a mistake, thanks"
@nightygale @mediamolecule @QUANTIC_DREAM @PlayStationEU a mistake, thanks

Dreams is an upcoming sandbox game currently in development at Media Molecule for PlayStation 4. The game puts focuses on 'play, create and share', and allows players to create user-generated content.
Detroit: Become Human is an upcoming neo-noir thriller game for PS4. The plot revolves around several playable characters, all of whom are androids, among them Kara, who escapes the factory she was made in to explore her newfound sentience, and Connor, whose job it is to hunt down deviant androids like Kara. The characters may survive or perish depending on the choices that are made, which serve to shape the story as customized by the player.
