Assassin’s Creed Origins For Xbox One X Runs At Dynamic 4K Resolution
Xbox One X announcement has triggered the era of true 4K resolution and many games are in the race to give the best output in coming time. Assassins Creed Origins is one big title that was announced at E3 2017. It is going to offer a true 4K resolution and the visuals we saw in the launch trailer were truly stunning.
Now it the question is whether the game is strictly going to deliver a true 4K resolution or it will be using some rendering technology to maintain such high resolution. According to an interview at YouTube Live, the game producer Julien Laferriere spoke on the 4K thing. He said the output will be dynamic. This means the game will actually run on 5K but will adjust the resolution on the basis of rendering load, there are chances a few heavy graphic games, the resolution could be shifted to low and later switched back to 4K. He said nothing about the fps.
So it is clear the Assassins Creed Origins will have a 4K resolution but it will be dynamically adjusted as per the scene which thing wont be much noticeable. The E3 2017 preview video we saw was not showing any marks of low resolutions buffer. You can check out the full interview in below video.
