Far Cry 5 Gameplay Length As Long As Previous Games, says Dev, 35 Hours On Average?
Far Cry 5 is a single player only game, but the entire campaign is playable in co-op mode online i.e. the game does not support local co-op. Will there be enough content in Far Cry 5 to make it a $60 purchase? As a response to this query, Ubisoft's Drew Holmes (the man who is a Lead Writer on Far Cry 5) has revealed gameplay length of Far Cry 5.
Drew Holmes didn't share the exact figure but stated that Far Cry 5 campaign is going to be as long as the previous game in the Far Cry franchise. This means we have to go a back bit and take a look at the campaign length of Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 3. On an average, Far Cry 4 (35 hours for Far Cry 4 as reported by developer) and Far Cry 3 took between 20 to 35 hours to complete (depending on the playstyle of the player). So we can expect the gameplay length of Far Cry 5 to be in the same bracket.
Is it enough or you guys expected the campaign to offer a bit more? Share your opinion with us in the comment section below.
