Rage 2 is in development at Avalanche Studios and iD Software, according to the details revealed by Bethesda. The game is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
As promised, Bethesda has finally revealed the next installment in RAGE video game series, RAGE 2. The announcement trailer is posted below along with the final retail box art. The official website of the RAGE 2 went live immediately after the announcement from the Bethesda and it carries a lot more information. First and the foremost thing, RAGE 2 website confirms is that the game is going to be a “True Open World FPS experience” where players will be able to go anywhere, shoot anything and explode everything.
Here’s what the official description of RAGE 2 reads on the official website: “Dive headfirst into a dystopian world devoid of society, law, and order. RAGE 2 brings together a true open world FPS experience where you can go anywhere, shoot anything, and explode everything.”
In addition to this, the website confirms that RAGE 2 is being developed by Avalanche Studios, the developer behind Mad Max, alongside Id Software.
Last but not the least, Bethesda has promised to release the debut gameplay trailer of RAGE 2 later today. YES, you read it correctly, we won’t have to wait until E3 2018 for the first look at RAGE 2 gameplay. It will be shown later today. We will keep you posted, so stay tuned.
