That massive Yakuza 6 demo is available again to download on PlayStation 4

Yakuza 6: The Song of Life recently received an incredibly large demo that allowed players to check out a good chunk of what the game had to offer ahead of its debut.

Unfortunately, it was soon pulled from the PlayStation 4 after Sega discovered that players were able to access and play through the entirety of the game without purchasing it ahead of launch.

Now, that glitch has been fixed up and has returned to the PlayStation Store for PlayStation 4 owners to download, in all its 36.53 GB glory. If you decide you want to try it out, you'll get through a big part of the game's prologue and can carry over your save data to the full game when it goes live on April 17. If you're a Yakuza fan and you can't stand the wait much longer, it should tide you over pretty well until you can get the real thing.

There's also a free Yakuza 6 PlayStation 4 theme up for grabs right now. The dynamic theme will cycle through various locations seen throughout Yakuza 6 to liven things up on your system, just in case you need a little bit of Kamurocho on your PS4.

The full game is scheduled for an April 17 launch, pushed back from its initial March 20 debut. It's the end of a long journey for protagonist Kazuma Kiryu, and the final entry in his saga.
