Bungie has shared the official Patch Notes of Destiny 2 Update 2.1.3. The update is scheduled to launch on December 16 (Tuesday), and one of the major changes that are coming with it is that it would be easy for the players who are under 600 Power to achieve the feat at they will receive higher-powered rewards for completing the Director Challenges. This is the second time the studio has decided to make an adjustment to the rewards for players who are under 600 Power, and the sole reason behind it is that Power 600 is the requirement to access the Lost Forges activity of the Black Armory.
