Borderlands 3 is just a few short weeks away. Releasing on September 13, Borderlands 3 will bring us all back to Pandora for some more Vault hunting action. Four new characters are available for us to play with, and a new character trailer has just been released for FL4K.

FL4K is a Beastmaster, a wandering robot who is always accompanied by his loyal pets. FL4K and his friends utilize coordinated attacks to disorient foes and keep them off guard, while something is always sneaking up behind them unawares.

Like all characters in Borderlands 3, FL4K has access to three skill trees, which emphasizes his different pets. The Stalker Skill tree gives access to Jabber, who will provide increased movement speed, and can throw Radiation barrels at your enemies. The Hunter tree will give you access to a Spiderant that will give FL4K constant health regeneration. Finally, the Master skill tree will provide you with access to your pet Skag, which will give you a damage buff. Your Skag friend can also vomit acid at your enemies, which is a nice party trick.

FL4K is a wanderer, always on the hunt and looking for his next prey. His ability to phase out of existence and re-position is vital when it comes to staying one step ahead of enemies. He also likes to engage at long range with is weapons, allowing his animal friends to deal with anything that gets too close. As always, the character trailer is designed to give us some insight into the character disposition, and FL4K seems like one cool customer.

Borderlands 3 will release for PS4, PC, and Xbox One on September 13. The PC release will be exclusively available on the Epic Games Store for six months.
