DICE has just released a brand new patch update for Battlefield 4 PC beta. The update weighs around 54 MB in size.
As per the details revealed by DICE, this latest update address some of the crashes and performance issues some players have been experiencing.
- Two fixes for the long/permanent loading times
- Various improvements in performance for users running quad core or six core CPU’s
- Fixed a crash that happened for some dual core CPU users after loading
- Fixed a crash relating to DirectX10 graphics cards
- Various stability fixes
- Various crash fixes
It seems like this second update is working wonders for players. Here is the experience of Reddit user DarkLiberator after installing this latest patch:
“Windows 7: Can confirm (i7 3770k and HD7970), the game feels way smoother, and I’m getting 70-80 FPS now. The graph overlay command shows barely any spikes after the patch.”
