Today’s presentation has not made it clear if we’ll have a new Zombie experience in the upcoming Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare – although it looks highly unlikely that Activision is allowing Call of Duty games not to have a Zombie experience from now on, since those are much rewarding.
Rumors say that a Zombie experience is indeed coming to Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and, according to an extended version of this morning’s press release arrived to GameSpot, it looks like more details about this brand new experience will be releasing “later this year”.
“Zombies will be a co-operative mode featuring a new storyline and unique mechanics”, GameSpot reports. The news was also reported a few minutes later by Charlie Intel, although the sourec is the very same.
It isn’t the first time that GameSpot comes along with unreleased details about upcoming games, but lately the website has been under fire due to mistakes in reporting Gears of War 4 and Scalebound as Windows 10 titles as well, since we’re not sure if that info is to be believed.
So far we’re calling it a rumor but, you know, it’s Call of Duty, it’s Zombies, so it is highly likely an announcement about that will be coming soon.
