After yesterday’s surprise reveal of Destiny 2’s first expansion during PlayStation’s Paris Games Show presentation, more information about the DLC has been revealed.
The DLC, Curse of Osiris, will raise the game’s maximum Power level to 330, according to VG247. Right now, the maximum Power level in Destiny 2 is 305, which can be attained through using Legendary mods on weapons and armor.
On top of that, some of the DLC’s contents were explained. Players will be able to take on new story missions, quests, adventures, strikes and “new Raid content.”
The Lighthouse, formerly a social space in Destiny 1 that was only accessible to those who went flawless in the Trials of Osiris PvP mode, will open up to everyone in the sequel.
Brother Vance will also make a return, as he was the Trials of Osiris vendor in the first game. He will be joined by a new NPC named Sagira, who is Osiris’s Ghost. She will be voiced by Morena Baccarin, an actress of Firely and Deadpool fame.
Bungie also confirmed that PlayStation 4 gamers would be getting another exclusive—a Crucible map called Wormhaven, which is based in the New Pacific Arcology building on Titan.
More of Curse of Osiris will be shown during three livestreams put on by Bungie throughout the month of November. The expansion releases for all platforms on Dec. 5.
