Destiny 2 – Xur Location 3rd to 7th Nov 2017

Destiny 2

It’s Xursday! Let’s see what the tentacle faced git has in his inventory today.

This week he can be found near the Winding Cove in the EDZ. You can find him by checking the planets in your Director and a green symbol will show you where he is. Just load into the nearest fast travel point and bring up your Ghost. The same green symbol will again show you his location.

At the moment, he just sells four Exotic items, one weapon and an armour piece for each class. The Exotic Engrams, sparrow enhancements and other items all seem to be a thing of the past.

Xur also accepts Legendary Shards as payment now, appearing to have moved on from his desire for Strange Coins. Legendary shards can be gotten by breaking down Legendary Weapons. You may also get them from various Vendors in the game if you are lucky.

This week Xur is selling the following:

Graviton Lance – Pulse Rifle (29 Legendary Shards)

Destiny 2 - Xur Location 3rd to 7th Nov 2017
Graviton LanceTL;DRGames • Fair Use

Mask of the Quiet One – Titan Helmet (23 Legendary Shards)

Destiny 2 - Xur Location 3rd to 7th Nov 2017
Mask of the Quiet OneTL;DRGames • Fair Use

Young Ahamkara’s Spine – Hunter Gauntlets (23 Legendary Shards)

Destiny 2 - Xur Location 3rd to 7th Nov 2017
Young Ahamkara’s SpineTL;DRGames • Fair Use

Nezarec’s Sin – Warlock Helmet (23 Legendary Shards)

Destiny 2 - Xur Location 3rd to 7th Nov 2017
Nazarec’s SinTL;DRGames • Fair Use

I’ve been waiting for the Graviton Lance on PC and only feel mildly miffed that the game hasn’t sent it my way till now. Pulse Rifles appear to be a completely different beast for PC players, the tight recoil control allowing for extreme accuracy. I’ll be taking this one out hunting with me later today.

The Hunter Gauntlets are a bit of a whiff for me, not really doing enough on the Perk side to make me want to switch from my Void set up. Mask of the Quiet one strikes me a solid combo to run on my Risk Runner Titan setup, keeping me alive in situations I might normally die but I’d need to give up the ability to proc my Risk Runner with my own grenades. Truly I am burdened by possibilities there. Finally, Nazarec’s Sin is a solid option for Void loving Warlocks. Not a bad week from Xur, to be honest.

So Guardian, what goodies did you grab from Xur this week?
