Yesterday, Microsoft promoted former Microsoft Game Studios head Phil Spencer to the post of Xbox Division Boss. Immediately after the announcement internet exploded with reactions from fans and critics, some called it a “First Step In Right Direction From Microsoft In Next-Gen Console War”, whereas other stated that “Spencer Was The Perfect Guy For The Job”.
